• Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon - Thur 3pm - 7pm, Fri 3pm - 9pm, Sat 10am - 8pm & Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 - 26 Dec 2019 & 1 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Online bookings only.
• Multiple purchases permitted; max of 5 per person.
• Groups permitted.
• Duration approx. 2hrs.
• Please note a waiver must be filled out prior to your session.
• Suitable for ages 1yrs+; under 16yrs must have a parent or guardian fill out the waiver.
• Under 5yrs must be accompanied by an adult on the trampolines and in the toddler area at all times.
• Not recommend during pregnancy, for those who suffer a heart condition or those carrying any serious injuries.
• It is recommended that members wear comfortable clothes such as sportswear. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted.
• It is essential that grip socks are worn; members are welcome to bring their own or socks can be purchased directly from the venue for £2; payable direct.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
