• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Sep 2016 until Thur 24 Nov 2016, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday and Saturday.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 25 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Check in 3pm – 6pm, check out 11am. 
• Three custom made yurt glamping sites; 1 double bed and 1 double futon.
• Includes bed and bedding, tables, chairs, picnic tables and a fire pit (wood is available for sale at Kelburn information office)
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Please note there is no electricity on site, but there is running water
• A compostable toilet can be found beside the glamping site, and there is a toilet block with hot showers approximately 200m from the site.
• Sorry, not wheelchair accessible. Contact Kelburn Castle directly regarding any medical concerns for gaining access to yurts. 
• The site is located a 3 min walk up a moderately steep path, please keep this in mind as you would need to carry your belongings up the path.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
