Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and from Sun 21 Nov 2021 until Thur 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021, 1 Jun - 20 Nov and 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Nov (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £25 per person dinner allowance. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3: Dinner allowance is on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 12s stay free in a cot or z bed, all meals are charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted in limited pet friendly rooms at a supplementary charge of £8 per dog per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel of requirements at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
