• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Jan 2018 until Fri 30 Mar 2018, Mon 9.30am - 5pm, Tue, Wed & Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm, Thur 9.30am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 5pm and Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Telephone bookings only.  No online bookings permitted.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; subject to consultation.
• Option 1 treatment duration: approx. 1 hr and option 2 treatment duration: approx. 2 hrs; treatment times are dependent on hair length.
• Olaplex treatment can be added to option 1 for a £30 supplement and for option 2 for a £50 supplement; payable directly to salon.
• It is not possible to request a particular stylist.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
