Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 7 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Tue 10am – 6pm, Wed – Fri 10am – 8pm and Sat 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr.
• Option 2 and 3 duration: up to 3hrs approx.
• Valid for stylist Gerri only.
• Please note a supplementary charge may be required for long hair; please discuss with and pay directly to salon.
• Options 2 and 3 require a patch test 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly with salon.
• Wellaplex treatment can be added for a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
