• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Dec 2019 until Tue 24 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22 Dec 2019 - 5 Jan 2020 and 7 - 8, 14 - 15 and 21 - 22 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 1 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Standard double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: four poster or king size room - £15; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Include 2 courses from set menu; subject to change. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Supplementary charges may apply; please discuss and pay directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.
• Free parking available on site.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 5's stay free, ages 5 – 14 years required a supplementary charge of £15 per night per child including breakfast; additional meals charged as taken. Ages 15+ are classed as adults.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
