• Afternoon tea voucher: valid 7 days 2pm – 5pm; subject to availability
• Overnight voucher: valid 7 days with a £30 supp for Fri or Sat night stays; subject to availability
• Excludes: 24th Dec 2015 until 2nd Jan 2016 & 23rd Jan
• Voucher must be booked by 14th Jan 2016 or your risk forfeiting your voucher 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per member
• Stay can be extended; please discuss with hotel direct; subject to availability 
• Check in from 2pm; check out 10.30am
• Standard double or twin rooms available; upgrade to a four Poster/King size room for £15; subject to availability
• Free parking
• Vegetarian options available; please advise at time of booking 
• Children permitted; under 5's are free of charge; over 5's incur a £15 supp per child per night (children are classed as those with a max age of 14yrs and the supp includes breakfast); max of 1 child per room; subject to availability
• Dogs permitted; max of 2 per room; supp charge of £7.50 per dog
• In line with the hotels' terms and conditions, overnight guests will be required to give credit or debit card details at the time of booking
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
