• Voucher is valid until Thur 30 Nov 2017, Mon 10am - 6pm, Tue & Wed 9am - 6pm, Thur 11am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 7pm and Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sunday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Suitable for men and women.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 25mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 30mins, light time 20mins inc 10 min scalp, hand and arm massage. 
• Option 3 duration: approx. 30mins. Not suitable for those allergic to shellfish or honey and not suitable for loose skin.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
