• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Sun 22 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 6, 27 – 28 Sept, 10 – 12, 19 Oct, 1, 15 Nov and 6 Dec 2019.
• A supplement of £20 per room is required for Friday and Saturday night stays.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin room available.

• Rooms can be upgraded to a Heritage Room for £20 per night or a Lake View Room for £40 per night; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

• Cream tea is served after check in between 3.30pm - 5pm.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 12 and under require a supplementary charge of £20 for an extra bed or cot inc breakfast; additional children may require interconnecting rooms, please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
