Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020. Valid 7 days, Sat – Tue 10am – 6pm and Wed – Fri 10am – 8pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only; 16-18yr old must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions; please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
• Henna brows will take approx. 45 minutes.
• Lash lift and tint will take approx. 1 hour 15 minutes.
• Patch test required 48 hours before appointment.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
