• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2018 – 2 Jan 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Friday - Sunday stays; payable directly to Leithen Lodge.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking unless discussed directly with Leithen Lodge. A £20 admin fee is charged when changing a booking; payable to Leithen Lodge.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Groups cannot be booked to receive treatments at same time.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Over 18s only.

• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Leithen Lodge.
• Free parking available.
• Cream tea will be served on arrival; menu is subject to change.
• Includes 3 x spa treatments each: back, neck and shoulder massage (25 mins), express Indian Head Massage (15 mins) and GUINOT Facial (Hydraclean or Hydradermie) (30 mins); subject to change.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatments are suitable for cancer sufferers / those in remission.
• Please note there are no leisure facilities available.
• All properties are self-catering equipped with bone china, cut-glass, a good selection of books and cotton linen sheets, DVD, CD player, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher & fridge/freezer. BBQ area onsite.
• Hamper service available on request and can include breakfast, luncheon and dinner; please discuss directly with Leithen Lodge.
• During your stay you can enjoy 30% off tea purchases and 50% off all additional beauty treatments; please discuss directly with the venue.
• Bath towels can be provided, charged at £5 per towel. Laundry room available on request at £25 per load (wash and tumble).
• Access to the main house is only available to corporate events, weddings and media.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
