Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Sep until Sun 21 Dec 2025, 7 days at 9.30am only; subject to availability. 
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session is due to start.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 2 weeks of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Canoe & cliff jumping: Suitable for ages 10+.
• Canoe/kayak tours: Suitable for ages 5+. 
• Canoe & cliff jumping duration: approx. 3 hours. Half day tour duration: approx. 3 hours. Full day tour duration: approx. 6 hours.
• Max of 2 people per group.
• Canoe & cliff jumping: Please bring swimwear, towel and old trainers or boots that you don't mind getting wet.
• Canoe/kayak tours: Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing suitable for the weather.
• Meeting point will be confirmed at time of booking. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
