• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays each; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12:30pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to superior room which includes jacuzzi for £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 2 courses from set dinner menu only; subject to change. Option 2 includes dinner on the first night only.
• A supplementary charge of £12.50 is required per person for steak; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Parking available.
• Children permitted; children under 5yrs free of charge, 6-11 yrs - £15 per child, 12-16 yrs - £20 per child. Includes breakfast. Dinner must be paid for direct.
• Max of 1 dog is permitted free of charge; please confirm with hotel at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
