• Voucher is valid until 18 Dec 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 11 Dec 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• October sailing times are 11.30am, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm.
• November & December sailing times are 11.30am and 1.30pm.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Dogs permitted.
• Duration 1 hour.
• Warm clothing advised.
• No age restrictions, 12 years and over classed as an adult ticket.  Under 5s travel free.
• Subject to severe weather, cruises may be cancelled, booking can be transferred to another date. 
• Seating is available, however unreserved.
• Limited wheelchair access, dependent on water levels., please call in advance for advice.
• Due to health and safety reasons, electric wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
