Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 20 Nov 2021 until Sun 9 Jan 2022, 10am - 3pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Trail takes place on 20, 21, 27, 28 Nov, 4, 5, 11, 12, 18-24, 26-31 Dec 2021 and 2-9 Jan 2022 only.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online booking only; only 1 voucher can be redeemed at a time.
• Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Adult tickets are for over 13s, child tickets are for 12 years and under. Under 2's are free of charge but will require a ticket; please purchase directly.
• A ticket is required for each person taking part in the trail.
• Option 6: Includes two faerie dusts.
• Option 7: Includes two star wands.
• Any additional people or extras can be booked and paid for when booking itison voucher.
• Duration approx: 1 - 2 hrs.
• Trail is all outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and shoes.
• Meeting point: Loch Lomond Faerie Trail Silver Airstream in Luss South Car Park.
• Ticket entry is timed. Please arrive as close as possible to your booked arrival slot.
• Well behaved dogs are welcome.
• Not recommended for buggies and pushchairs.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
