Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 May 2018 until Sun 30 Sept 2018, 7 days, 9am – 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Suitable for ages 16+.
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Option 1: max weight is 25 stone.
• Option 2: max weight is 20 stone per person.
• Wet suits, gloves, boots and personal flotation device are provided.
• If the weather is wet and cold you will be provided with a dry suit, for this you will need warm, loose fitting clothes e.g. joggy bottoms and a jumper and a thick pair of socks.
• Meeting point: Cameron House Marina, Loch Lomond, Dunbartonshire, G83 8QZ.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
