Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Mar 2020 until Fri 30 Oct 2020, 7 days, earliest booking 10am, and latest booking 6pm; subject to availability.
• Limited availability at weekends; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; one reschedule permitted with 7 day cancellation policy.
• Duration approx. 2hrs or 4hrs.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• One person option uses a single kayak, two person option uses a double kayak and three person option uses a triple kayak.
• Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age is 12 years for single kayak. Minimum age is 5 years for twin kayak and triple kayak.
• Maximum of 6 people per group.
• Members do not have to be able to swim, members will be supplied with a buoyancy aid.
• Maximum weight per person 18 stone.
• Bouyancy aid is provided.
• Wet suit can be rented for £2 charge per person.
• Please wear shoes which can be worn in the water.
• Essential kit for all activities: towel, second pair of shoes for example flip flops or water shoes, midge spray.
• Meeting point: Loch Lomond Leisure, Rowardennan Hotel, Rowardennan, G63 0AR; meeting arrangements will be emailed to you once confirmed. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to pre-booked start time.
• Participants must sign waiver.
• Photo ID must be presented on arrival.
• Chip and pin card is required for security deposit of £25.
• Cancellations may occur due to adverse weather conditions; in such instances another date will be made available.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
