• Voucher is valid from Tue 5th Jan 2016 until Mon 29th Feb 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 13th - 14th of Feb 2016
• Reservations must be made by Sun 31st Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Weekend availability; £10 supplement on Fri & Sat nights.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Children are permitted; upgrade to family rooms must be made. Maximum age for children is 16. Children under 3 go free.
• Two children permitted in family room and three children permitted in family suite.
• Double and twin standard rooms.
• Rooms can be upgraded to Superior, deluxe or family room for a supplementary charge; Superior – £5 per night, Deluxe – £12.50 per night, Family Room (2 children) – £22.50 per night, Family Suite (3 children) – £32.50
• Check in after 3pm, check out before 10am.
• Free onsite parking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Oak Tree Inn.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
