Small print

• Voucher is valid until 17 Jun 2016, Sun-Fri 9am-6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays. 
• Sunday availability is limited. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 17 May 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple purchases permitted; 3 vouchers can be purchased per member.
• Time in water will be approx 20 mins; total experience will last approx 60 mins. 
• Meet at Luss Beach 30 mins prior to your experience. 
• Participants must sign waiver. 
• Group bookings permitted; max of 6 people per group. 
• No height restrictions, max weight of 18 stone per person. 
• Members do not have to be able to swim, members will be supplied with a buoyancy aid which must be worn. 
• Under 5's are not permitted, under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Wet suits can be supplied by Loch Lomond Leisure for an additional £2. Please discuss at time of booking. 
• Members must bring towels, second pair of shoes for in the water (flip flops or water shoes) suntan lotion and midge spray. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your experience. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
