A supplementary charge of £20 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Activity options: Includes a choice of activity each choosing from indoor court hire (1hr). climbing & traversing wall (1hr) or mountain bike hire (half day). Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Activities must be pre-booked to avoid disappointment. Activity can be upgraded to electric bike hire for a supplementary charge of £10pp; payable directly.

Max of 2 children permitted; ages 5 and under stay free of charge including breakfast, ages 6 - 15 require a supplementary charge of £20 staying on a BB basis with all other meals paid for as taken. Requires an upgrade to a family room (sleeps 2 adults, 2 children) for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly. Ages 16 and over are classed as adults.

Dogs are permitted in limited number of pet friendly rooms for a supplementary charge of £20 per night; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
