• Voucher is valid from 1 Dec 2015 until 29 Feb 2016, Mon - Thurs; subject to availability.
• Excludes 6, 24, 27-31 Dec and 1- 3 Jan and 7, 14 and 28 Feb 2016.
• Voucher must be booked by 31 Dec 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and may be used on multiple nights, subject to availability.
• An Executive double or twin room available. 
• Members can upgrade to a Garden Suite room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night, payable directly to Lochside.
• Access to the thermal experience must be used 1 hour prior to spa treatment being carried out.
• Dinner is two courses, choosing from a starter and a main or a main and a dessert. Please note menu is subject to change.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
