Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Nov 2018 until Thu 28 Mar 2019, Thu - Sun arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Monday - Wednesday arrivals and 22 Dec 2018 - 17 Jan 2019.
• Option 1: please note stays that include a Saturday night will require a supplementary charge of £20 per stay; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Booking cannot be cancelled or amended once booked with Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Standard two bedroom Inner Hebridean Lodge; one double room and one twin bedroom to sleep a max of four.
• Max of 2 additional guests may be accommodated on the sofa beds at an additional cost; subject to availability. Additional guests must be requested and paid for in advance; you will not be accommodated if you arrive with more than the booked number of guests as per Cologin's booking terms.
• Lodges can be upgraded to 6 berth lodge for a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges; subject to availability. 
• Stay cannnot be extended by a night.
• Accommodation includes bed linen and towels for number of guests in bedrooms. Extra bed linen can be hired at £10 per set for sofa bed which must be requested and pre-paid in advance; please discuss and pay directly to Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges.
• A fixed fuel charge applies of £3 per day and must be paid in advance of arrival.
• Single sex groups welcome; a security deposit will be required for large parties; please discuss directly with Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges.
• Please note The Barn pub operates seasonal hours; please discuss directly when booking; option 2 includes a 10% discount for food at The Barn.
• Smoking not permitted.
• Parking available.
• It is an offence to fish for trout during the annual close time 7 Oct 2018 - 14 Mar 2019.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted and pet friendly lodges must be requested at time of booking; pets require a supplementary charge of £5 per pet per night and must be pre-booked and pre-paid before arrival; payable directly to Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss directly with Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
