Small print

• Voucher is valid until 26th Mar 2016, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes 21st Dec-4th Jan.
• Reservations must be made by 22nd Feb or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in between 3pm & 6pm (you must inform Lagnakeil if you're going to be later), check out 10am.
• One voucher can be redeemed per group, multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Additional nights can be booked at special itison discounted rates of only £60 (Ash) or £80 (Conifer) per night, upgrade to a week long stay for just £110 (Ash) or £155 (Conifer) – must be requested upon initial booking, not retrospectively, and paid directly to Lagnakeil; subject to availability.
• Children permitted at no extra charge. Please note that the lodges are equipped for stated number only.
• Electricity is charged as used (metre reading), approx £2 per night, to be paid upon departure.
• Max 2 pets permitted at an additional £4 per night per pet. Must be requested upon initial booking, not retrospectively, and paid directly to Lagnakeil.
• One voucher can be used per stay.
• The local pub operates flexible opening hours during the winter months, mainly weekend opening.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Once you have booked your stay and it has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, however, your voucher can be used by other family or friends for that date. Booking dates can be amended - subject to a £20 fee payable to Lagnakeil. Your voucher will be forfeited if not used.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
