• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Jul until Tue 31 Oct 2023, Mon 10am-3pm, Tue 10am-6pm, Thu-Fri 10am-8pm & Sat 10am-4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Wed & Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Options 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
• Options 2: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins. Choice of aromatherapy, hyperboost or luxury facial.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx 20mins per treatment, 60mins (total). Choice of Swedish or hot stone back, neck & shoulder massage, intensive eye treatment, scalp massage, hand & arm massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
