• Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Mon 31 May 2021, valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays and  1 Jan - 14 Feb 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 3 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Double or twin standard suite available; one en-suite bedroom.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children under the age of 12 can stay in the suites for a supplementary charge of £25, subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £45 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes 2 hour spa access; 1hr before treatment and 1hr after treatment, use of robes included.
• Over 16’s only.
• Treatment duration: approx 1hr.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss with spa beforehand.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss with spa beforehand.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
