• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Sep 2016 until Mon 31 Oct 2016, Mon - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Friday – Sunday.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; one voucher per person and multiple vouchers as gifts only.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 10.30am.
• Double or twin standard suite available.
• Free onsite parking.
• Children permitted; children under the age of 12 can stay in the suites for a supplementary charge of £20, subject to availability and payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £45 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 pet.
• Includes one 60 min spa treatment each plus 2 hour spa access before or after treatment.
• Over 16’s only for spa treatment.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; massage may need to be adapted.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with hotel.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
