Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 4 Feb 2018 until Sun 29 Apr 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per stay is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to Hillside Havens.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out 10am.
• One large double bed provided and sofa bed in each pod. 
• Pod facilities include an en-suite and a fully operational micro kitchen including Belfast sink, 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, luxury ground coffee pods, dishes, pots and utensils.
• Breakfast pack can be purchased onsite for a supplementary charge of £5 per person per day; please discuss with and pay directly to Hillside Havens.
• Includes bedding, pillows and towels.
• Includes electricity.
• Please note all pods are non smoking.
• Max of 2 children ages 15 and under permitted; max of 2 adults and 2 children per pod.
• Max of 2 well behaved dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £4 per dog per night; payable directly to Hillside Havens.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
