Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Jan 2017 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, Monday arrivals; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday, Sunday and 10 – 19 Feb 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher cannot be cancelled once booked.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in Monday 3pm, check-out Friday 10am.
• Lodge can accommodate a max of 4 adults and 1 child (total occupancy cannot exceed 5).
• Two en-suite bedrooms and sofa bed (suitable for children only); master bedroom includes king sized bed and second bedroom can accommodate either extra-king or twins beds.
• Includes gas, electricity and towels; please note members must bring towels for pool use.
• Please note stag and hen parties are not permitted.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount (max 4); high chairs, travels cots & stair gates available on request; please discuss directly with Balbinny. Please note the pool area does not have a lifeguard so adult supervision is constantly required.
• Pets are permitted by pre-arrangement and at a supplementary charge of £25 per pet per stay; payable directly to Balbinny. Max of 2 pets in Prosen & Isla steadings only. Please note any damage caused by pets must be paid for before check-out.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
