• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Sep 2020 until Thur 30 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• 3 night stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 18 Sep 2020 until Fri 17 Dec 2021, valid Fri only; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Thur.
• Excludes 24 - 26 Dec 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Early check-in 1pm, late check-out 1pm.
• City view studio apartment available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with pay directly to City Suites.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with City Suites.
• Please note card details will be required at check-in.
• Breakfast is served in the Embankment Kitchen.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.

• Parking included is at Q Park Deansgate North and the hotel is not liable.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
