• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Mon 21 Oct 2019 until Fri 28 Feb 2020, valid Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Mon 21 Oct 2019 until Fri 28 Feb 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 – 12, 24 – 31 Dec 2019 and 1 – 4 Jan 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Luxury pod available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of fizz each on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; only 1 of the pods can accommodate three guests on a double bed and sofa bed. A supplementary charge is required for the following: children up to 10 years old - £15 per night, children over 10 years and adults - £20 per night. Cots can be provided on advance request and require a supplementary charge of £5; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
