• Voucher is valid 16 Nov 2018 until Sun 6 Jan 2019, on selected dates only; subject to availability.
• Times are as follows:
• 6pm - 8pm: 16 Nov.
• 12noon – 7pm: 17, 18, 24, 25 Nov 2018, 1, 2, 8, 9, 27 – 30 Dec 2018 and 2 – 6 Jan 2019.
• 3pm – 7pm: 29 Nov and 6 Dec 2018.
• 3pm – 8pm: 23, 30 Nov and 7, 13, 14, 17 - 20 Dec 2018.
• 11am – 6pm: 24 Dec 2018.
• 11am – 8pm: 21 Dec 2018.
• Advance booking is not required.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Vouchers can be used consecutively.  Sessions finish 45 mins after the hour so if using multiple vouchers, members would come off the ice for 15 mins and go back on.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Valid for 1 x 45 minute session.
• Max of 120 people per session.
• Skate hire is included; members can bring their own skates.
• Skating aids can be provided for children. Penguins can be used by over 2s - child holds on and pushes themselves around the ice. Bananas can be used by up to 4 children - adult can push the children around the ice.
• Warm clothing and gloves recommended.
• Hot chocolate option includes a hot chocolate each.
• Mulled drink option includes a mulled wine or hot spiced cider each; can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Alcohol for over 18s only.
• Free parking available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
