• Voucher is valid from Sat 23 Nov 2019 until Sun 5 Jan 2020, on selected dates only; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 - 28 Nov, 2-4, 7-11, 14-15 & 21-26 Dec 2019 and 1 Jan 2020
• Times are as follows:
• 12noon – 7pm: 23 - 24, 30 Nov, 1, 27 - 30 Dec 2019, 2 - 5 Jan 2020.
• 12noon – 6pm: 31 Dec 2019.
• 3pm – 8pm: 29 Nov, 5 - 6, 12 - 13, 16 - 20 Dec.
• Advance booking is not required.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 per person.
• Vouchers can be used consecutively.  Sessions finish 45 mins after the hour so if using multiple vouchers, members would come off the ice for 15 mins and go back on.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Valid for 1 x 45 minute session.
• Max of 120 people per session.
• Skate hire is included; members can bring their own skates.
• Skating aids can be provided for children for an additional charge. Penguins can be used by over 2s - child holds on and pushes themselves around the ice. Bananas can be used by up to 4 children - adult can push the children around the ice.
• Warm clothing and gloves recommended.
• Options 2 and 4: Includes a hot chocolate each served in Santa's Inn.
• Free parking available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
