• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 Oct 2016, 7 days;  subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26 & 28 July, 14, 20, 27 & 28 Aug, 3, 8, 10, 16, 22, 27 - 29 Sept and 5 Oct 2016.
• £40 supplement for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Double or twin classic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Leisure facilities include championship golf course and spa with range of spa therapies, fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room and 12 metre heated indoor pool.
• Dinner is a 3 course set menu and will be served in the Linden Tree.
• Option to upgrade to a 7 course tasting menu in the AA Rosette-awarded Dobson restaurant for £15pp, available Fri-Sun only; subject to availability. Please discuss at time of booking.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children are permitted; children 12 years and under stay free of charge, including breakfast when sharing with 2 adults. Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults. Max of 1 child per classic room.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 dog per room.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
