• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Sep 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 19 – 21 Aug 2016
• £20 per room per night supplement for Friday and Saturday night stays.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Sept 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights stays.
• Check in 3pm, late check out 12noon. 
• Double executive room available.
• Children permitted. Children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing beds, cots may also be arranged. Supplement for children aged 5-12 years is £20 per child per night including breakfast. Max of 2 children per room.
• Family rooms available; subject to availability.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night per pet; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 pet per room.
• Free onsite parking available.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
