• Voucher is valid until Tue 28 Feb 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required  for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 22 Dec 2016 – 2 Jan and 13, 14 Feb 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Classic Double, Twin or King room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is 3 courses each at the One Under Gastropub or £25pp to spend on the menu in Rocca.
• Option 2 dinner is one night only and must be booked on night of arrival.
• Parking available.
• Children permitted; children are classed as ages 2 – 12 yrs and stay free when sharing a room with parents; babies in travel cots are welcome, the hotel can provide a travel cot subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £10 per child is required for breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 travel cot and 1 child per room.
• Families of 2 adults and 2 children can upgrade to one of the Feature twin rooms at a supplement of £75 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Dogs are permitted at £25 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 dogs.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
