• Voucher is valid until 31st Jan 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 25th-27th, 31st Dec 2015 and 1st Jan 2016.
• £30 supplement per room for Sat night stays - please pay direct to hotel. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 10th Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Pets permitted - dogs only; £15 per night. Max of 1 dog.
• Children permitted; under 16's stay free of charge; an upgrade may be required to accommodate, subject to availability. Under 5's eat for free, aged 5-16 years old are an additional £6.50 for breakfast and dinner will be charged as standard, please discuss any specific requirements with the hotel direct. Max of 2 children permitted. 
• Check in from 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Free onsite parking. 
• Standard double or twin rooms available. Members can upgrade to a deluxe room for £40 per room per night or to a suite for £60 per room per night - please discuss at time of booking.
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stays can also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with hotel at time of booking. 
• Dinner is three courses with a glass of champagne each. A sample menu can be viewed online here; menu is subject to change and availability.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
