Small print

• Voucher is valid from 14th Oct until 29 Jan 2016, Mon-Fri 2pm-4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14th Dec - 5th Jan 2016.
• Vouchers must be booked by 8th Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Opening times:  10am-9pm, 7 days. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Tables are required back after 1hr 30mins during busier periods. 
• Group bookings permitted; max of 4 vouchers per table. 
• Afternoon tea menu is subject to change and availability, however a sample menu can be viewed online. Afternoon tea comes with tea or coffee. 
• Vegetarian alternatives are available on request, please discuss with Matilda's Patisserie at time of booking. Sorry, no gluten free or vegan alternatives. 
• Wheelchair accessible however no wheelchair accessible toilet facilities. 
• Children permitted. 
• Matilda's Patisserie operate a BYOB for £5 corkage. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
