Small print

• Voucher is valid Sat 1 Feb 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12.30pm.
• Standard double or twin room only.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2, 3 & 4 include a 2 course dinner (starter and main or main and dessert). Option 3 & 4 valid for dinner on first night only. Menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: 8oz steak - £4, 12oz steak - £6; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian and gluten/wheat/dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.  Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child up to 8yrs permitted in standard double/twin room; there is a supplementary charge of £10 per stay for a z bed if required, and £5 for breakfast per child per morning. Please discuss at time of booking.
• No pets permitted. 
• No wheelchair access available 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
