• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2017 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• Non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive nights; max of 3 night stay; excludes Saturday nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night, subject to availability: Privilege room £25 and superior room £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes a bottle of house red or white wine; please advise when booking.
• Options 2 & 3 include dinner (option 3 on one night only); £22 per person dinner allowance for the Brasserie menu only; menu is subject to change. 
• Children permitted; children 14 years and under can be accommodated free of charge in classic rooms, paying for all meals taken. Family rooms are available for a supplementary charge, max of 3 children; payable directly to hotel.
• Parking available for 45 vehicles (£3 per night). Alternative car parking can be found directly opposite the hotel (Boswell Car Park) and there is also a car park along Dalblair Road (NCP).
• Wheelchair accessible.
• Pets are not permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
