Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days 12.30pm & 2.30pm sittings;  subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 20 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Online bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max 4 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2 includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.
• Option 3 includes a signature Metropolitan cocktail each, choosing from; Stolichnaya raspberry vodka, Lejay Cassis, blackberry, raspberry, cranberry, lime and sugar syrup.
• Option 4 includes a bottle of Prosecco to share.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Tables may be required back within 1hr 30mins.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please discuss with venue when booking.
• Children permitted until 10pm.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
