Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 19 Aug 2021 until Sun 21 Nov 2021, Sun - Fri 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 19 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Gluten / wheat free options available.
• No vegetarian options available.
• Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available. Please note, there are no disabled facilities.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
