• Voucher is valid from Thu 3 Jan 2019 until Sat 16 Mar 2019, Tue - Fri 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  One appointment reschedule is permitted.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only; please note babies and children are not permitted in the salon.
• Patch test required.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, those with blood thinning medication or those with heart conditions.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Treatment is suitable for those with alopecia.
• Please discuss any health issues or concerns directly with salon.
• Treatment duration: approx. 1hr 30mins – 2hrs.
• Treatment can last from 10 months to 2 years depending on skin type and lifestyle. Top up treatment should be booked 6 weeks after initial appointment at no additional cost; please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
