Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 13 Jan 2024 until Thu 28 Mar 2024, Mon - Thu 12noon - 3pm & 6pm - 9pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 4pm and Sun 12noon - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb & 10 Mar 2024.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Thu 21 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note, a £10pp deposit will be required to secure booking. This will be refunded or deducted from your final bill.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Option 1: Bavette steak each with chips and peppercorn sauce. Sides and sauce cannot be substituted.
• Option 2: Chateaubriand or Tomahawk steak with 2 sauces, 2 sides, tomatoes & mushrooms.
• Menus are subject to change.
• Add scallops for a £10pp supplement; payable directly. 
• No vegetarian or gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco or red or white wine each. Alcohol can be replaced with a orange juice.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
