• Voucher is valid until 30th Nov 2015; 7 days; subject to availability 
• Voucher must be booked by 26th Oct 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher 
• Voucher excludes: 23rd, 24th Oct; 6th, 7th, 13th & 14th Nov 2015
• £20 supplement per night for Fri & Sat night stays
• Multiple purchases permitted but cannot be used on consecutive nights. Stays may be extended for supplement - please discuss with Moness Cottages at time of booking
• Valid for standard cottages; 1 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4; 2 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 6
• Check in – 16:00; Check out – 10:00
• Free parking on site
• Pets are not permitted
• Children are permitted; children are included in cottage capacity (ie 2 bed cottage sleeps four – including any children); Cot hire: £5 per cot per night
• A nominal utility service charge will be charged at the end of your stay. This is charged at 13.7p/KW and the average charge is £2/3.
• Spa treatments must be pre-booked prior to arrival at the resort, can be booked at the time of booking your stay.
• Each cottage can sleep an additional two people (on top of the bedroom capacity) in the lounge area which are equipped with sofa beds. 
• A valid credit card/debit card will be required at check-in
• Any special requirements must be made at time of booking. Every effort will be made however cannot be guaranteed. 
• Moness are unable to process online bookings. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Cancellations within 72 hours will result in forfeiting your voucher; also a £20 fee will be charged for changes to any bookings once confirmed
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
