Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Valid for one driver only. Driver must be between 25 - 75 years of age having held a full UK or EU drivers licence for at least 2 years. Additional drivers can be added for an additional fee; please discuss and pay directly with Be Happy Campers.
• Collection: Please allow up to 1 hour for the hand-over of the campervan to complete documentation and demonstrate the vehicle to you.
• Collection from 12noon and drop-off from 5pm.
• Upon collection the motorhome will be supplied with a full tank of diesel and we request they are returned with a full tank of diesel.
• Includes fully equipped kitchen, washroom and dinette with seating.
• Gas and electricity requires a supplementary charge of £6 per quarter bottle of gas; payable directly to Be Happy Campers.
• Elddis Evolution 180 camper available. Sleeps up to six people.
• Stay can be extended for a supplementary charge of £75 per night; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with Be Happy Campers.
• A security deposit of £500 is required; payable directly at the time of booking. Please discuss directly with Be Happy Campers.
• Full breakdown assistance is included as part of the hire and you will be advised on collection.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet; payable directly to Be Happy Campers.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
