• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Jun until Tue 30 Sep 2025, 7 days, 9am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone or email bookings only.
• Once booked with venue, vouchers are non-refundable and can't be rescheduled. Please note all activities are outdoors and cannot be refunded or rescheduled due to weather. In severe weather conditions, the venue will contact you to reschedule.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 18+. 
• Duration approx. 3hrs 
• Option 2: Includes soup & sandwich of the day. Vegetarian options are available. Vegan, gluten/wheat free options are not available.
• Max 3 quad bikes per session. Larger groups may be split into smaller groups.
• A health and safety waiver form will be required to be completed before activities take place.
• Please wear appropriate outdoor shoes.
• Denim and football shirts are not permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
