Small print

• Voucher is valid until 30th Sept 2015, Mon-Wed 8pm, Thurs 6pm, 7pm, 8pm and 9pm, Fri 5pm, 6pm and 10pm, Sat 2pm, 5pm, 6pm and 10pm; subject to availability.
• Sessions are all subject to availability and sessions will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 31st Aug 2015 or your voucher will be forfeited. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person. 
• Over 18's only. 
• Session last 45mins. 
• Sorry, not wheelchair accessible. 
• Group bookings permitted; max of 20 people in bar at any one time. 
• Members can substituted alcoholic drinks for mocktails. 
• Members can upgrade to a glass of bubbly for £3, VIP package for £10 per person and VIP package including bubbly for £12 per person. Please discuss and pay direct to Baltic Ice Bar. VIP package information can be found online. 
• Capes will be provided. Members are advised to wear warm clothes and gloves as glasses are made of ice. Sensible footwear is also recommended, this can also be hired from Baltic Ice Bar.
• Baltic Ice Bar operates a drink token system, please purchase any additional drink tokens in Bar Varia on arrival. 
• £1.99 booking fee applies, however bookings can also be made in person free of charge.  
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 5 days of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
