• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4-5 Sep, 24-26 & 31 Dec 2020 and 1 Jan - 14 Feb 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Stay in a standard Neo studio or Smart studio.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Grande studio for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note a pre authorised card will be required upon check-in.
• Includes a grab and go breakfast. Available between 6.30am and 10.30am daily.
• Option 2: Includes a welcome hamper with 2 x cans of soft drinks, 60g bag of popcorn, sharing bag of nachos, jar of salsa and Chicago Town four cheese pizza.
• Max of 1 child permitted in a Grande studio for a supplementary charge of £10 for a bed or cot and £15 for room upgrade; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
