• Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Oct 2021 until Thu 28 Apr 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Sun 30 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Executive double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: mini suite - £20, Georgian suite - £60; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a 4 x chocolate covered strawberries and a 750ml bottle of Brut Champagne on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
