• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Thur 30 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 31 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr, 1 May - 30 Sep and 24-25 Dec 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. Bags can be dropped off prior to check-in and a night porter is there if you wish to check in later; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Stay in a double or executive double room.
• Double room stay: Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge; payable directly to the hotel.
• Executive double room stay: Rooms can upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Mini Suite for £39 and Georgian Suite for £59; payable directly to the hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner options: Includes a 5 course tasting dinner; menu is subject to change.  Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Tasting dinner can be changed to a 3 course seasonal meal upon request; please discuss directly with the hotel. Max of 4 people per table. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only. Please note restaurant reservations must be made at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of Sparkling Brut Aperitif each on arrival. Can be exchanged for a 175ml glass of house red/white wine. Cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.

• In the event that No11 cannot offer the service or guests are prevented from travel by COVID-19 reservations may be moved or credit vouchers issued; subject to availability and cancellation policy.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
